Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping within the United Kingdom and the Channel Islands is free of charge. We use the Royal Mail or an external fulfilment provider.

Local delivery or In-store pickup

We do not offer local delivery or In-store pickup.

International Shipping

We do not yet offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, but we do not supply any tracking information.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@biketag.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
